About Gazzina Trading

 

History

Gazzina Trading was founded in 1922 by Albino Gazzina. With the help of his son, Ing. Italo, the company began to specialise in the construction and repair of agricultural pumps.

In 1957, Gazzina Trading was taken over by Mario Arisi who, with the help of his son Erminio, in a few years, expanded operations to a national level and subsequently to an international level.
In 1981, Erminio Arisi took over the management of the company and gave it the name of “OFF. MECC. ING. I. GAZZINA DI ARISI ERMINIO & C. S.N.C.”. Gazzina continues expanding the business, establishing its name in international markets and extending the scope of activities to include fish farming, waste treatment, water systems and industrial inputs.

In 1985, Gazzina Trading was accepted as a member of the National Council for Construction and as such was authorised to participate in Italian Public Tenders. In 1995, the company was split, with a new branch being created to follow international tenders. This company was given the name of “GAZZINA TRADING di ARISI ERMINIO & C. s.n.c.”. In 2006 the company adopted the title of GAZZINA TRADING s.r.l.

Organisation

Gazzina Trading is managed by Erminio Arisi, who deals with the technical and operational part, and by Ms. Tiziana Brunelli, who is in charge of human resources and financial management . There is a permanent staff of six with a combined language capacity of English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese. Gazzina Trading also works with a number of local agents in the countries where it operates to ensure the correct implementation of projects at final destination.
